Cancel or Change an Order

Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel or change an order, please send an email to bouncybabyorganics@yahoo.com and include your name and order confirmation number.

Returns/Exchanges

If something is wrong with your order when you receive it, please e-mail us at bouncybabyorganics@yahoo.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and full instructions. Please include your name, the order number, and date of purchase. A copy of the original receipt sent back in your package will suffice. All returns or exchanges will receive a full refund if the item has not been used and it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Items will be refunded based on the original purchase means. Returns made within 7 days of receipt will not be charger a restocking fee. A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all other returns. Return shipping charges or exchanges shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless we have made an error in the order. Bouncy Baby Organics will not be responsible for returned products that have been lost or damaged during shipping. It is recommended that returned items should be sent U.S. Mail or UPS insured.

Lost shipments are subject to verification. In the event that your purchase has been lost during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible to expedite a claim with USPS or UPS. Shipping

All in-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving the order, excluding holidays and weekends. We will contact you if the item is out-of-stock. We gladly ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail shipping only available, which is usually 3 days. We ship to all United States addresses. We do not ship internationally. For Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes, please add an additional $5.00 to the order total for additional shipping charges. For expedited shipping, please send an e-mail to confirm if this option is available for your order.
